Wasps were joined in attendance by Help for Heroes, members of the British Legion, Chelsea Pensioners, children from Sir John Cassf Foundation Primary School (the only primary school in the City of London) and the local Morris Dancers.
Making his yearly visit in the trademark routemaster bus, the Mayor toured the market with Tory Leader David Cameron before delivering a patriotic speech and meeting many of the market tenants. Mayor Johnson even wished Wasps the best of luck for their St George's Day Game clash against Bath at Twickenham tomorrow afternoon.
Tickets for the highly anticipated Guinness Premiership clash, which is raising money for Help for Heroes, will be available at Twickenham Stadium on the day.
